EXTENDED STAY DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:   
A deposit of first week rental and damage deposit is required to confirm extended stay lodging reservation. First four weeks rental payment balance is due on initial arrival. After initial 4 week rental, payment is due beginning of week prior on a weekly basis to end of rental.  In the event of cancellation, a refund of monies paid, less $25 service fee will be made if River House is notified more than two weeks prior to initial arrival.  Should notification be made less than two weeks prior to initial arrival or less than two weeks prior to end of rental, all monies paid are subject to forfeiture.  Failure to pay weekly balances on the stated due date will result in the automatic cancellation of the rental.
