DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICIES:
-- TELEPHONE RESERVATIONS require deposit of first night lodging fee for confirmation. A nonrefundable $25 cancellation service fee is applied to cancellations. Cancellations received more than 10 days prior to arrival will receive deposit refund less service fee. For cancellations received less than 10 days prior to arrival deposit is retained. Retained deposit less cancellation fee may be applied as credit toward reservation rescheduled for any Monday through Thursday within 60 days of date canceled. All deposit credits expire 60 days from date canceled.
-- CREDIT CARD HOLD RESERVATIONS may be accepted for cash payment due on arrival. Credit card approval for first night lodging fee will be obtained, but not processed, until after arrival pending cash payment. If prior credit approval is declined, reservation will not be accepted. Cancellation of Hold-Credit reservation for any reason occurs, account will be charged full deposit amount on date reserved. A no refund policy applies to all Hold-Credit reservations.
-- ONLINE RESERVATIONS require fixed $100US deposit fee for confirmation. Online deposit payments are nonrefundable and will be retained as service fee in event of cancellation.
-- GIFT CERTIFICATE RESERVATIONS may be confirmed with application of gift certificate designated value as issued from River House or a participating B&B directory guide. Gift Certificate value will be applied on date booked as deposit to secure reservation. Gift Certificate dollar value is not refundable and will be retained as service fee in event of cancellation.
-- GROUP/FACILITY RESERVATIONS require 50% deposit to confirm rental. Full payment required 30 days prior to arrival. No refund of any payment within 30 days of arrival. $100 cancellation service fee from date made to 30 days prior to arrival.
-- GROUP/FACILITY HOLD-THE-DATE RESERVATIONS Preferred date(s) held available for guest as courtesy on tentative basis, or until another request for same date received, upon which notified guest has 24 hours to confirm with 50% deposit. Hold-the-Date fee applied to same date rental only. Reservation must be confirmed with balance of required 50% deposit 60 days prior to arrival. $100 cancellation fee 60 days prior to date held. No refund within 60 days of date held.
-- LONG TERM/EXTENDED STAY RESERVATIONS require deposit of first week rental and damage deposit to confirm reservation. First four weeks rental payment balance is due on initial arrival. After initial 4 week rental, payment is due beginning of week prior on a weekly basis to end of rental. In the event of cancellation, a refund of monies paid, less $25 service fee will be made if River House is notified more than two weeks prior to initial arrival. Should notification be made less than two weeks prior to initial arrival or less than two weeks prior to end of rental, all monies paid are subject to forfeiture. Failure to pay weekly balances on the stated due date will result in the automatic cancellation of the rental.

-- Check In after 4:00 p.m. - Check Out by 12:00 noon	-- Early arrival or overstay as available @$11/$18/$33hr for room/suite/group.
-- No smoking inside either lodge, guest rooms, or common areas.	-- Smoking allowed outside, on deck, porch or patio.
-- Children welcome TIMEAWAY LODGE. No children GETAWAY LODGE.	-- No pets allowed except service animal in aid of disabled person.
